Weekend with Family

I am smitten with my little niece Willow. This is my brothers little girl. My bro and his fam moved away to Olympia last July and are back in town for a week long visit. I got to watch Willow almost all day yesterday and she even spent the night with me. It's exhausting but totally awesome hanging with a little 10 month old. Every face she makes melts my heart. I am missing the ladies retreat at Calvary to spend time with my family. So bummed it always seems like I have things going on when church events go down. But I think it's time to get off the comp and take a cat nap until I see what tonight has in store.

Wife Battle

What we have here is a wife battle. Our strong husbands overpower us and manipulate us to try to hit each other. I'm sure it's done out of love though. Or it could just be for their sheer enjoyment.

I mean look at the spectator on the couch. He is thoroughly enjoying this event.
Miriah I think you and I should probably start pumping some serious iron so we can defend ourselves from future ambushes.

So anyways this is my 3rd blogging post, I skipped yesterday all together because I was just too busy to type at work and at home my keyboard is broken :( Larry found an excellent replacement and decided since I was getting a new one he could too. So we got 2 of the same kind, which actually turns out are the same kind Ed already has. I also got a matching mouse because Larry said my mouse was horrible for gaming and he didn't know how I could stand it. Haha. Silly boy. I can't feel the ping of my delayed mouse reaction and it's certainly never been the death of me in my gaming situations. But then again I'm a low key gamer. I'm so happy today is Friday. Best day of the week!

DAY 2

I'm trying to decide if I'm going to have a superficial on the surface blog where I talk about hair color choices and such trivial things or if I want a more into the soul type of blog... It's a tough choice. Also I've come to realize work is far too busy a place to keep up on a blog anyways. I keep getting interrupted making me all scatter brained. I will try again later. Hello World. It's me Kelly. Very first post.

This is my very first online journal. It's so exciting. Janet, my amazing mother in law showed me hers this morning. I think it's a neat idea with pictures and postings and all that jazz. So why not make one of my own?

I am taking a break at work right now. We just got done with a 3 day weekend and today has been completely overwhelming & busy. Thank goodness work is over in 2 hours and then I can go to the gym and get the breather that I really need. What would be really nice is a long quiet walk. I love Juneau when it's crisp like this. Not too hot and not raining. It's perfect long walk/ reflection and prayer time. Well this is probably all I have time for as my break is almost over. I still need to figure out how to add Janet to my follower sites or whatever they're called here on blogger. How fun. Thanks Janet.
